We know we wouldn’t be able to offer our services without you, and you’ll be part of the BITS family from day one. We put in so much effort to make sure you love what you do. We encourage an open, honest environment where you can provide input and feedback about how we work at any point.

TRAINING PROVIDED

Before you start, you’ll be provided with all the training, tools and resources you need before you start working with participants. We will always move at your pace so even if you don’t have the skills or experience required you can still be a part of the magic. You will also have access to other training, helping us to become more inclusive.

A GREAT WAY TO MEET PEOPLE

We run regular extra curricular activities for our volunteers. We like to offer social events and optional training sessions. Some even meet up for climbing sessions together. There is no pressure to attend any of these but if you’re looking for a way to meet like minded people then volunteering is a great way to achieve it.
